Broken / Fractures: do heal by themselves BUT you need to make sure that they are in place to heal properly. If out of alignment you will have problems. Please see a doctor. Do not let them heal w/out seeing a doctor. Peace and good health.

Some can: Some fractures can heal in their own without any medical attention. Other types of fractures will not heal (non Union) or heal in a bad position with a poor outcome (malunion) unless appropriate care is rendered.
