None unions are broken or fractured bones that do not heal. They can really heal on their own. Usually requires a surgery when orthopedic surgeon or placement of a bone stimulator to help the nonunion grow and heal

possibly but there are treatments such as electromagnetic bone stimulators to help or a second surgical procedure with bone grafting to attain union of the fracture
