Told gallbladder should come out due to 95% from hidea scan? what does that mean & can it cause dizziness ?

If i understand: Correctly. 95% gallbladder function is very good and would not indicate gallbladder surgery in my opinion & dizziness is not a symptom of gallbladder disease. (unless it is meant only 5% gallbladder is functioning and 95% non-function?).
