Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain has numerous causes especially in females. Right-sided abdominal pain postcholecystectomy could be due to a common duct stone, sphincter of odie dysfunction, duodenal ulcer, any list expands as we get into the lower abdomen where the ovaries reside. It would be in your best interest to see your primary care physician for a physical exam and some labs with possible referral to a specialist.
