Not fun fall: Ice is always your best friend when you fall, especially with swelling and bruising of your knee/ ankle. You do want to have it checked out, especially if your ankle is swollen to determine if it's a strain or sprain. For either, it's important to keep it elevated above your heart level, to help reduce swelling. Imaging may be needed if you can't weight bear. So, using crutches until ur seen is good.
