Expired caps: Usually the longest past expiration on meds is 6 months,. Therefore, I would order more albuterol for the home machine from your doctor and use the updated albuterol inhaler for now to use. get back to be seen by your MD if symptoms progress, respiratory distress, wheezes or tightness and retractions in the chest.
