Bedtime routine: Sleep hygiene and routine bedtime is very important at this age. If there is no recent stress going on, and she has not been sick, then possibly benign. Make sure she goes to bed around the same time every night around 8-9pm, no nap in the afternoon (not necessary at this age). No caffeine drink during day (e.g soda, tea, coke). Turn the lights off and keep room quiet and dark. No TV in bedroom
