Neuro Possibilities: Your symptoms could be due to thoracic nerve root pathology. Thoracic disk herniations can cause similar symptoms as can entities such as herpes zoster affecting the nerve (especially if associated with a rash). Consider thoracic spine MRI as a next step if no rash is or was present in the symptomatic area.

Nerves ?: How about nerves coming out of your thoracic nerves, they could mimic like gall bladder, heart attack, etc.
