3 years ago i subluxed my left shoulder. i re-subluxed it a month ago. now it's taking a long time to heal and cycles from good to bad. when it hurts it feels out of the socket or like it will come out and the arm feels weak?

Sounds like: you should be considering a "MUMFORD PROCEDURE" This is a surgical treatment for recurrent subluxation/dislocation Speak with your ORTHOPEDIC surgeon (Gey one if you haven't seen one yet!) Hope this is helpdful! Dr Z
