Neuritis: This sounds like it might be aq nerve compression/inflammation. I suggest an orhtopedic evaluation.

Left rotator cuff: You need to find the cause of pain & weakness. It may be a shoulder problem which can be corrected. Need exam,tests & diagnosis & treatment.
