Any way you like: If you go cold turkey your body will likely have migraine equivalent headaches for a few days to a week or so but you would be done. If you drink 8-10 cups a day you could just drop a cup every other day until you are off.Gradual tapers bring on less body response. You might want to substitute some other drink, like water with lemon, because the habit of drinking is harder to stop than caffeine.
