Possibly: a known side effect of steroids, that may or may not happen. If you are already hypertensive, monitor your blood pressure daily while on medrol and tell your doctor if it becomes uncontrolled. If your blood pressure is normal otherwise, don't worry, the effect would be temporary, if it ever happens, good luck
