Evaluate further: WBC means White Blood Cells. These occur when infection or inflammation is present. RBC stands for Red Blood Cells which can be present if there is infection, inflammation, tumors, stones or several other conditions present. Many bacteria means an infection is probably present. Usually there are none to just a few bacteria. The next step is to seek treatment and possibly get a urine culture.
