Very very early: Your betaHCG levels would correspond approximately to days 18 to 20 post fertilization . Using the first day of your last normal menstrual period as the traditional method of estimating your gestational age, you would be "about 2 to 3 weeks along." A pregnancy sonogram performed before 10 weeks is a much more accurate and reliable way to date your pregnancy and determine your gestational age.
