Most docs say that its not possible to have an hcg level of 600ml/iu 3 days post conception; some say it can? (no hcg producing medical issues).

It's not: Possible. Three days post conception an embryo is between 8-12 cells. It will not implant for another 4 days. If you have a 600 3-days post conception either: 1) the assumed conception date is wrong, 2) there's a lab error, or 3) there's another source of hcg.
