More tests needed: Hello, these type of symptoms could be related to an over active thyroid (hyperthyroidism) or can also be seen in women approaching menopause. Both of these can easily be checked with blood tests ( thyroid-TSH/FT4, menopause transition-FSH). Adrenal disorders can also cause similar symptoms but are less likely. More information would be helpful to direct a work up.
