Get a pregnancy test: None of the symptoms you mentioned are specific to pregnancy. They could happen in viral illnesses, tummy bugs etc. The only you you can confirm is by going to the pharmacy and getting a pregnancy testing kit. If that is positive then you need to confirm this with a blood test ordered by a Doctor.

Dunno could you?: there are tests for this, and if you have risk factors for pregnancy (i.e. intercourse) maybe you should take a test....
