No : They will not resolve without intervention. So. You need to have excellent hygiene to try to stop spreading then you must see your doctor for treatment

Get seen: Everybody has at least one or two strains of HPV viruses on their skin, and most have a few that focus on these areas. With visible lesions, it's a serious personal liability. To be brave, act brave. Head on in and get them lasered / treated / evaluated. Do like everybody should and use barrier protection until you're in a stable marriage.
