Get seen: Everybody has at least one or two strains of HPV viruses on their skin, and most have a few that focus on these areas. With visible lesions, it's a serious personal liability. To be brave, act brave. Head on in and get them lasered / treated / evaluated. Do like everybody should and use barrier protection until you're in a stable marriage. And be proud that you've shared love. Best wishes.
