Vitamin C & skin: There is little evidence that Vitamin C lightens skin, but some exists. I see that you mention "dry itchy skin" in your history. Please avoid any skin product that contains alcohol because it is drying. Vitamin C lasts only 12 hours in the body. Take 2 times daily. Most importantly, try to move beyond the irrational attitude that lighter skin is better than darker. Peace and good health.

Stop doing this: The vitamin C probably won't work. Very big doses can wreck your kidneys. Here in the United States, where world trends are set, trying to change your natural skin color or caring about someone else's is considered the height of ignorance. Topical skin lighteners can seriously disfigure you. Use sunscreen as you should, and embrace whatever Nature gave you
