Early Pregnancy pain: It's common to have pain early in pregnancy. Typically this pain is due to ligament stretching and growing of the uterus. Unless accompanied by bleeding and cramping, this pain is typically normal. One would want to make sure that you don't have a urinary tract infection, appendicitis, or gastrointestinal problems.
