I have not slept properly for 9 days. i have been given zopiclone but i only take it when completely necessary. i just can't sleep.

Zopiclone: If you just can't sleep I strongly advise you to make an appointment with a Psychologist. You will carefully discuss this with the Psychologist and more than likely you will feel much better. Hope all goes well.
