Helps you sleep: Zopiclone and Eszopiclone are benzodiazapine receptor agonists. It is a sedative used in the treatment of insomnia. It has a half life of six hours, so it is usually used for the initiation of sleep. It is recommended you see a sleep medicine specialist if you are having issues sleeping. Hope that helps!

Sleep: This is a sleep aid and contributes to stage 2 sleep primarily. If someone has sleep apnea they will often continue to wake up due to low airflow or decreased oxygen, if not generally will sleep more but may not have as deep sleep.
