I was diagnosed with bronchitis yesterday today i woke up with bad headache and neck pain.should i be concerned or is bad neck pain part of bronchitis?

Not related: The neck pain/HA is not usually seen with bronchitis. It might be that you strained your neck positionally and HA occurred as a result. If coughing a lot, HA/neck strain can also appear. Advil 400 mg po q 6 hrs can resolve the aches and pain, even if there's no fever. If neck stiffness occurs, see an MD to rule out meningitis.
