Everybody chokes: occasionally when drinking liquids--"Oops, it went down the wrong pipe!" but a daily occurrence is a little too often. It suggests a problem with the laryngeal muscles or vocal cords. Make sure you aren't inhaling at the same time you are drinking. If it continues happening this frequently, a visit to an ENT specialist is in order. Good wishes:)
