11/24 I woke up and m eye looked like I had broken a blood vessel. A small corner had an red blood portion. 3 days later more of the eye is bloody.

I have redness on eyelids that has a burning felling and small red veins. My dr a rheumatologist and primary dr did blood tests. All came back normal except my RNP is 2.1. My rheumatologist doesnt feel I have Dermatomyositis but Im pretty worried. ?
