A recent ct w+w/o contrast show right inguinal lymph nodes one 2.6x1.9 and less pronounced left inguinal lymph nodes though largest 1.4 cm ?.

Size alone: is not a reliable indicator of whether or not a lymph node is pathologic. The overall shape/morphology is also important. Lymph nodes of that size in the inguinal areas, if they have normal morphology, may be nothing to worry about. Talk to your doc about what the results mean in your particular case.
