Not alone: Medroxyprogesterone all by itself won't increase your chances of getting pregnant with PCOS. If your PCOS is keeping you from ovulating, you may need to be on a medication to help you ovulate such as Clomid. This is a prescription medication and needs to be prescribed by a doctor.
