Can see the doctor: A woman who is "extremely fatigued" and can't keep her eyes open during normal daytime activities can talk with or visit with her primary care doctor today. "Petechiae" mean different things to different non-physicians. Her doctor can check that out, and examine her hip too. For patients with chest pains or breathing symptoms, the ER is the place to go, but the ER does not provide ongoing care.
