Depends on the test: Her test is 1:160 of what? If it is ANA (common titer test) that is a screening test for autoimmune disease. This result would be marginally positive and should be followed up by more detailed testing. Typically 1/3 of people w pos ANA develop an autoimmune dz, 1/3 will have the ANA disappear and 1/3 will stay positive without consequence.
