Misuse!: People who have an acute asthma attack start using them expecting immediate relief. They are intended not for instantaneous relief (like albuterol) but as Long Acting Bronchodilitory Agents. People in acute bronchospasm have been known to die with them. As Tom Silva says: "The right tool for the right job."
