High Blood Pressure: Without knowing your age, pre-treatment blood pressure, presence of angina, or other complicating conditions, it is hard to be specific. Generally, the target pressure for average users is 140/70. A drop of 20 is desirable if you're in the 160+ range. I need more information to advise more cogently.

Take BP a couple of times daily and notice that pulse is only 55 BPM at times, don't take meds to lower hr, over weight, not phys. Fit, concerning?
