A member asked:

Every night before bed i get shaky (vibrate) & air hungry (sigh a lot). is there a hormone we secrete when we're sleepy/tired? i know it's not nerves

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not nerves: There are hormones you secrete but that should not lead to shaky or air hungry. I think you should make an appointment to see a Psychologist. No you are not crazy but there are things that trouble you. I don't think it is hormones. Please let me know how things go.
