Yes: I'm assuming that you are undergoing infertility treatments by a specialist. A blood test can be positive 12 days after ovidrel is given. A positive pregnancy test does not always lead to a baby. 15 % of all pregnancy's may miscarry. See your doctor. Did he give you progesterone to help support your pregnancy after giving you ovidrel?
