I had ovidrel shot on 1/1/16. my bbt is now very high. does this indicate a pregnancy or is it the ovidrel causing my temp to rise?

Hard to determine: Neither pregnancy nor Ovidrel should be causing a very high fever. If you have a high fever then you should be evaluated by your doctor for infection. Ovulation can cause a very brief and very mild temperature spike. It should not be high. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
