Hard to determine: Neither pregnancy nor Ovidrel should be causing a very high fever. If you have a high fever then you should be evaluated by your doctor for infection. Ovulation can cause a very brief and very mild temperature spike. It should not be high. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
