On depo for 13yrs. about to take next shot, took a pregnancy test says positive. is this possible? never tested positive in 13 yrs.

Yes: There can be failures on hormonal contraception including Depo-Provera. The most common reason is being late getting a shot.You should repeat the urine test and/or schedule an appointment for confirmation.
