I broke my clavicle in middle and went to er. they took x-ray and gave me a sling but no information. what do i need to do and avoid doing to heal?

If you are: otherwise healthy and fracture is not displaced too badly, sling or figure of 8 splint is all you need. Consult with an ortho surgeon for more specific advice.
