Probably "not": A blood betaHCG of < 1mIU/ml is usually considered to be a negative pregnancy test particularly if your period is delayed by 10 to 14 days and the test is performed by a reliable lab....Therefore you are probably not pregnant. Keep in mind that any test can be wrong or inaccurate; fortunately there are very few very rare cases of "false negative blood pregnancy tests." You may want to repeat it.
