I accidentally swallowed gum while drinking water. I felt it go down my throat and everything felt fine. But when I got home and started to eat dinner, I realized that every time I swallowed, it hurt and felt like something was there. Is gum stuck?

I took a Tylenol maybe three hours ago, and it feels stuck in my throat. I've tried drinking warm water, eating ice cream, throwing up, etc. It doesn't hurt to swallow or anything, it just feels stuck. Also I have bad acid reflux, and I have anxiety.
