Still maybe gums: Fetid (fecal) breath is very common wth some forms of gum disease. See your dentist first. If your dentist says your gums are okay next see an ENT (ear, nose and throat doctor) to rule out tonsil, sinus, or stomach issues.

Gastroenterology: This does not sound like periodontal disease - although it could be a necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis to produce that degree of odor. If you've seen a dentist and they have ruled out an oral cause and you have acid reflux, it may be coming from this. Consult a gastroenterologist or an ENT doctor to evaluate you! best of luck.

See gastroenterologi: If you are saying that your teeth and gums are healthy (i am assuming you are seeing a dentist regularly and saw one within the last 5-6 months), then i would recommend that you see gastroenterologist to have your digestive tract checked.
