Specialist: Many sinus problems start with different issues. It may be an anatomical problem, an obstruction, or something like a polyp . Or it may have a strong allergic component amongst other things that antibiotics will not help. My suggestion is that you see a specialist and have the problem investigated at many levels.

CAT scan: After 4 antibiotics, it is time to get a CAT scan to determine the location and extent of your problem. I always stress that you need a documented diagnosis before adequate treatment is given.
