Hyaluronic acid: Is a key component of synovial or joint fluid and other tissues in the body, nerves, skin etc, but we know of it from injections into joints that supposedly are to improve osteoarthritis. There are some studies that support this but there are also several meta analysis ( where they look at all the papers that fit criteria ) that question if it helps. Individual patients however state it may help
