Probably covered: The people in the offices are very familiar with the insurances in your area and who covers what and which patients need a pre-approval. If you're worried about it and just want to make sure, a pre-approval won't take long.

Medicare: In general medicare covers supartz (hyaluronic acid) type injections, of course you need to have a secondary insurance to cover the 20% that medicare doesn't pay for.
