Vicodin OD: Hydrocodone (vicodin) is a narcotic pain reliever. Symptoms of overdose can include: small pupils, nausea, vomiting, dark urine, muscle weakness, sweating heavily, weak pulse, blue lips, fainting & loss of consciousness. Overdose can be lethal.
