What is the definition or description of: emotional detachment?

Emotional: Detachment is often referred to as "Flat Affect." There is little or no expression of feelings, both verbally and non-verbally. No smile, startle, fear, etc. This can be symptomatic of depression or possible autistic spectrum behavior. Peace and good health.
