High pitched breathing is when the sound with a stethoscope sounds like musical notes higher on the scale. This is typically what wheezing sounds like. Normal breathing is not noisy at all-if you can hear someone’s breathing when you are not right next to them, that would be noisy breathing. This can have many etiologies including nasal congestion or chest congestion, wheezing, etc. Good luck!
