Don't stop yet: Don't stop your meds until you discuss it with your physician. A usual goal in hypertensives is around 130/80 (not cut is stone). Though your pressure is a bit low it is not necessarily problematic unless you are having symptoms of hypo tension (fainting, dizziness, weakness, etc). Definitely talk it over with your physician and don't make any changes on your own.

Yes unless dizzy: Your BP is good cause you are taking your meds. If dizzy when standing, talk to your doc to adjust your meds. Would not stop altogether. Also, need blood test since sometimes kidney numbers change with these meds esp of dizzy.
