Campylobacteriosis: Campylobacteriosis is often a foodborne bacterial infection usually caused by Campylobacter jejuni. Sx's can include cramps, fever, abdominal pain, watery or even bloody diarrhea & high fever. It is a cause of dysentery. It usually lasts for 2 to 10 days. It can be diagnosed through stool cultures & antigen testing is being developed.
