Indeed.: Although rabbits are not the most common animal that can carry campylobactervin the intestinal tract (that would be poultry), rabbits can carry it as well and be a reservoir for transmission to man.

Different types of Campylobacter can be found in cattle, sheep, goats, birds/ poultry, reptiles, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, mink, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, rats. Pigs & primates REF: http://www.cfsph.iastate.edu/Factsheets/pdfs/campylobacteriosis.pdf Has also been found in shellfish & ostriches.
