Likely normal: This can vary and be normal: there is a small bony bump on the back of the head which is usually normal (we call that a protuberance or prominence). There are also variants of normal where the back of the skull is larger than expected, but this may be of no real issue and no real medical problem. If you have symptoms of imbalance and/or visual trouble (among others), seek a neurological visit
