Is it normal that i can feel a ~8mm thick suture line on the back right side of my skull, but only a much smaller one on the left?

Suture lines: You really shouldn't be able to feel any of the "suture lines" on your skull through your scalp. My guess is you are probably feeling something else. If you are having symptoms related to it, you could get an examination, but otherwise you are probably feeling a variant of normal anatomy.
